An act of gross negligence by an employee of Sutter East Bay Medical Foundation has led to a breach of my patient medical record condidentiality and outed me and my HIV/AIDS status to my neighbors and family. I called my doctors office and requested that my lab slips be sent to me via mail. Well they were sent alright, only they were sent to my neighbors address, addressed to a woman that lives at the address on the envelope. The letter contained my lab paperwork which is specific to HIV/AIDS, name, phone number, address etc. I intend to sue Sutter. the letter was given to my dad who of course looked at it. now i have been outed in a hostle environment (neighgorhood)and now my family knows as well. my life has been turned upside down and i don't know what to do. Can someone take my case. The layman that I am, i need help in the worst way. Pleeeeeease! There are laws to protect the citizens of the United States against such. In order to be successfull in this fight for the cause and against the injustice, i will need a strong support system. Hi, my name is Kyle J. Washington. I am currentltly employed at a small company called M.P.I.. For a little over two years i've been a faithful honest employee.
The problem is that I'm verbally abused constantly with racial slurs and it's breaking my self-image and confidence amongst other things. On yesterday I brung this to my boss attention and he ousted me saying I was too emotional and it shouldnt bother me. I told him that I felt it wasnt right and that I was going to consult a lawyer. He immediately got enraged and started making statements that I couldnt prove anything and told me I was let go for reasons other that.
I dont know where to go from here. I've lost my job and would really like to feel like someones on my side.

I work at publix in parkwest in mt pleasant sc and a white male placed a noose/ rope around two black females neck they sued publix and the white male but publix isnt willing to settle because they fired him a few days later, mind you they never took statements from the female and took it as it was nothing that serious, they never banned him from shopping in the store even though the incident was hateful and racist,and threatening and they don't know what else to do but contact the media and NAACP and whoever else would listen to there case.

A woman accused me falsely, I do have witnesses but no one cares to speak with them. They are forcing me to plead guilty with 13 months and a day of probation with some other program requirements they want me to attend that I don’t need, or I go to jail. Hello the Hattiesburg police dept is trying to railroad my brother on a he said she said case. it was a robbery and he was home we have3 people that was home wih him including evidence and a couple peole that went and made statements that the guy that robbed te store was anothe young man but the detectives keep telling us our evidence does not matter bc the cashier ided him... when in fact that it is a known fact that thecashier and our family does not get along... the detectives are not using the statements they sa thy have enouh eveidence to close the case when in fact they dont have anything but a pic of theback of the guy from a distance and a broken id! please hlp my brother is only 17 he was in high schol an he has been in jail for a month an a robbery charge that he did not commit if anyone would take the time to talk to anyone me my mother or the publicdefender then you would see the story is so crazy please help... 2283834713 or metootanlilman@gmail.com please and thank you!
I have lived in the Antelope Valley, CA since 1989 with the exception of 5 years starting in 1998. There has always been a racial divide but my family and I have never been associated with this disruptive intereference of personal growth although, racism has always been abundently present. On November 10, 2011 my 19 year old son was walking his friend half way home(something they have done for years thinking they were making sure the other made it home safely) was approached by 4 Hispanic youths asking him to "Empty your pockets!" He told them he only had a dollar but they proceeded to stab him over 28 times. He left wonuded, bleeding profrusely and near death for over 2 hours. He was forced to struggle home, pass several bystanders and on lookers but by the grace of God he made it home not knowing he was stabbed and near death. Once home he was sooked in blood and collapsed. My dilemma is that the police in Palmdale, CA have botched this investigation from the moment I dialed 911. They have lied to me and are making no efforts to find who did this. I am looking at my options to ensure my sons assailants come to justice and will never hurt anyone again and I need to ensure my sons future of being a compassionate and strong black man without being tainted by this horrible moment in his life that could and can change his perception of who he is as a young black man and definetly who he can be in this world of where police and society think of him as a "Nigga" whose life is expendable and not aa an intelligent, strong, young man who can and will become whatever he and God has put him on this earth to be.I need help to get justice for my son and to help the closed minded law enforcers to see beyond color before more of our innocent children end up dead. His physical wounds may be healing slowly but his mental wounds as well as mine and our communities will and should last forever until these group of offenders are aprehended. I am appalled at the lack of police investigation into my sons assaults and I am also appalled at the lack of concern by the police department for the communtiies safety. If these group of individuals were willing to try and kill my son over a dollar what are they likely to do next. The Antelope Valley Sheriffs Dept. has done absolutely nothing to help or investiagate in this matter. They are treating the situation as if it's gang related when my son never has been or will be affiliated with any gang. Det. Jonathon Hoyt has lied and misled me several times during the course of this investigation which he seems to hold in total disregard as if my son deserved what he got because of the neighborhood we live in. I believe our socioeconomic status should have absolutely nothing to do with the qauality of investigation our police force, which is meant to protect and serve our community, should do. I first shed tears of sadness over my sons predicament but now I shed tears of the lack of unwillingness of the Sheriff's Deparment to follow up on even one thing. I was promised my son's story would be in the newspaper to call attention to the threat of further attacks on the community and to help identify the attackers who brutally assaulted him and stabbed him over 28 times causing him to need more than 20 blood transfusions. My son was very near death which is why this was an attempted murder and should be investigated as such.
